Shipping Policy

If orders are placed before 1PM Central on weekdays, they can ship the same day. If the order is placed AFTER 1PM Central, it will ship the next day. We like to ship within 1-3 business days.

Weekends DO NOT count as business days.

Shipping Times

During the Holidays, all orders might have delayed shipping due to a large volume of orders. Please call us to see the status of your package. USA Shipping is estimated at 2-5 business days. These packages are shipped for a rate depending on where you live, going by weight. We offer FedEx First Overnight, FedEx Priority, Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2Day A.M, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Express Saver, and FedEx Ground for additional charges.

Coupons cannot be combined with other deals, offers, or coupons. One per order.

Shipping Address Errors

If you entered your address incorrectly, sometimes we can fix that. If your item hasn’t shipped out, please call us to change the address. If the item has already shipped out, there is nothing we can do. You are responsible for additional costs to re-ship or re-route your item.

Lost Packages

If there is a time where you have not received tracking updates, we have to wait a full shipping time frame due to shipping carriers updating late. Once the time frame is passed, it will be deemed lost. We will then file a claim with the carrier and send a new package. If you end up getting the original package + the one we shipped you as a replacement, please return the first package. If you don’t, we will charge for both. You will receive a refund on the return shipping.
